Burn Right® Limited Lifetime Warranty

Lifetime refers to the useful service life of the product under normal residential use and does not imply indefinite coverage regardless of condition, use, ownership, environmental exposure, or other factors affecting the product over time.

At Burn Right Products, we take pride in manufacturing durable stainless steel incinerators designed to provide years of dependable service. We stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to treating our customers fairly.

This Limited Lifetime Warranty reflects our confidence in the materials and workmanship that go into every Burn Right® product.

Warranty Coverage

Burn Right Products warrants to the original purchaser that its manufactured products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use and proper care for the useful service life of the product.

If Burn Right Products determines that a defect in materials or workmanship exists, Burn Right Products may, at Burn Right’s sole discretion, repair the product, replace the affected component, provide a comparable substitute, or offer another appropriate remedy.

This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from Burn Right Products or an authorized reseller.

Components Covered

This warranty includes the primary stainless steel structure as well as manufactured components and accessories, including but not limited to:

  • Stainless steel panels
  • Covers and spark arrestors
  • Base rings
  • Cover handles
  • Ash catchers
  • Angle grates
  • Hardware and accessory components

Because these components are subject to varying operating conditions, temperatures, handling practices, and environmental exposure, all warranty claims will be evaluated individually and resolved at Burn Right’s sole discretion.

Situations Not Typically Covered

This warranty is intended to cover defects in materials and workmanship. It does not generally apply to issues resulting from:

  • Improper assembly, installation, maintenance, or storage
  • Misuse, abuse, neglect, or accidents
  • Unauthorized modifications or alterations
  • Commercial, industrial, or rental use
  • Exposure to corrosive materials or environments
  • Transportation damage occurring after delivery
  • Failure to follow product instructions, safety guidelines, or intended use
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic changes including discoloration, heat staining, oxidation, or surface appearance changes resulting from use
  • Acts of nature, weather events, or circumstances beyond Burn Right Products’ reasonable control

While situations outside the scope of this warranty may not qualify for warranty coverage, Burn Right Products understands that every circumstance is unique. Customers are encouraged to contact us regarding any product concern. We may review individual situations and work toward a reasonable solution at Burn Right’s sole discretion.

Original Purchaser Requirement

This Limited Lifetime Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the product.

Proof of purchase may be required to verify warranty eligibility.

Products acquired through resale, auction, transfer, inheritance, gifting, or other unauthorized third-party transactions are not covered under this warranty.

Any repair, replacement, accommodation, goodwill assistance, or other support provided to a subsequent owner shall be made solely at Burn Right’s discretion and shall not establish any ongoing warranty obligation.

Warranty Claim Process

To request warranty consideration, please contact Burn Right Products and provide:

  • Proof of purchase
  • Photographs of the product and affected area
  • A description of the issue

Burn Right Products reserves the right to request additional information, inspect photographs, inspect the product, or require return of the affected component before making a warranty determination.

All warranty eligibility decisions shall be made at Burn Right’s sole discretion.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Burn Right Products shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from the purchase, ownership, use, misuse, or inability to use any Burn Right® product.

The remedies provided under this warranty are the purchaser’s sole and exclusive remedies.

No dealer, distributor, retailer, employee, representative, or third party is authorized to modify, expand, or create any warranty obligation on behalf of Burn Right Products.

Although not every situation qualifies for warranty coverage, we believe in listening to our customers, reviewing concerns thoughtfully, and treating people fairly. When issues arise, we encourage customers to contact us so we can evaluate the situation and determine an appropriate resolution.

Burn Right Products reserves the right to modify this warranty at any time. Warranty coverage applicable to a product shall be determined by the warranty terms in effect on the date of purchase.
